Bath Time
Clara also turned 8 months old yesterday!
She is just starting to cut two bottom teeth, and so far it doesn't seem to be bothering her. I am happy to say that her sleeping is completely under control, and napping...thankfully! She is such a great sleeper and it makes her such a happy baby. I partially have the book "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Baby," to thank for that. There is a funny section in the book that I totally relate to though, " Ironically through the first few nights of our "training program" I continued to get up every two hours, waiting for her to cry. I now also have learned how to sleep through the night once again, and I feel so much better..." Now that I have Clara sleeping through the night, I need to remember how to do it as well. I constantly have these dreams that I am playing with Clara in our bed and she falls over, so I reach down to pick her up, but I can't find her, and I tear through the sheets and push Jordan over trying to frantically find her, it's so annoying, and I drive Jordan crazy. Lately, I keep sitting up in bed for long periods, and in my mind I am trying REALLY hard to keep myself awake to watch Clara, until Jordan tells me to go to sleep, or I realize that she isn't in the room with us. I don't know why I keep doing this, she never sleeps with us, and she isn't even in our room anymore. Motherhood makes you do some pretty interesting things!

Your new lens in AWESOME! I L-O-V-E the picture of her wrapped in the towel.
I love all the pictures. The part about your sleeping troubles cracked me up. I did the same kind of things with both my kids. I also read that book and loved the advise it gave. Can't believe Clara is growing up so fast.
oh my goodness, i ALWAYS have those kinds of dreams!! it was the worst with tristan, i would wake up every single night, thinking he was lost in the blankets in our bed, it drove josh crazy. the weirdest thing was that he never, not even once slept in bed with us. love the cute photos!
